What happens when a customer calls?

Jess picks up and greets them in your business's name. She asks the questions the job needs — what the service is, the size of the property, when they want it — answers what she can, and if you've given her your pricing rules she can quote on the call and book the visit into your calendar.

Does Jess replace my team?

No. Your team handles the relationship; Jess handles the moments when nobody can pick up. You decide which calls reach her and which ones don't.

When does Jess answer?

Whenever you tell her to: after business hours, when nobody answers within a few rings, during busy periods, or only for selected call types. You can change it whenever you like.

Can she really quote and book the job?

She quotes from the rules you give her — your services, your prices, how each job is measured — and books into your calendar. Anything that falls outside those rules she collects and hands to you instead of guessing.

Jess handles everyday spoken English across a range of regional accents. If she can't follow a caller, she takes a message and passes it to you rather than guessing.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. You can forward calls from your existing number to Jess, or use a new number she answers.

How much does it cost?

USD 99 a month, which includes 250 minutes of calls. Extra minutes are USD 0.40 each, billed monthly. And if Jess doesn't book or close a single job outside your business hours in your first month, we'll refund your monthly fee.

I run more than one business. Does that work?

Yes — you can run more than one business from the same account, each with its own scripts, calendar and numbers.
